{Feature} Kendall Reviews Presents Steve Stred’s Books From The Crypt 6

Thanks to those folks who’ve come along for the ride and have discovered some new reads!

I guess I’ve kind of set this up that I start off with a Weird Al style adaptation of song lyrics so… here goes… sorry, grab a quick drink… ahhh, that’s better!

I wanna read you like a hardcover

I wanna see what’s inside the pages

I wanna read you like a hardcover

I wanna see how this book ends!

*FYI that was the chorus of Closer by Nine Inch Nails. If you’ve never heard that song before, I suggest you listen to it at work REAAAAAALLLY loudly. Good stuff. (KR: LOL)

So, quick reminder – Books From the Crypt features three books that I think you NEED to read that as of the time of writing this, has 50 or less ratings on Goodreads. As always – if you read one of these books, please do leave a review!

KR: Please follow the links to catch up on Books From The Crypt Vol1, Vol2, Vol3, Vol4 & Vol5.

Netherkind- Greg Chapman

Released May 6, 2019

One of my absolute favorite books of 2019, this one starts off as an adventure story before morphing into a truly stunning world building read. Loved it.

Cydonia – Michael Morar

Released May 10, 2019

This one is a door stopper of 600+ pages, but don’t let that dissuade you. This was a really well done, sprawling sci-fi story that was filled with an excellent story.

Silence in the Woods – J.P. Choquette

Released April 10, 2019

This was a really fun creature feature following some folks hiking in the mountains and finding a beast that others said didn’t exist.

Alright! There you have it. Three more books that need to be on your TBR and in front of your eyeballs!

Until the next edition!
